Despite Upstaged Communications being long dead, Penelope Adams has received a remote access key to its propietary system, Marionettes. With a burgeoning curiosity filling her, she begins to dive deep into the system to discover what truly happened to cause the closing of the company. Meanwhile, Riley Donnelly is focused on trying to stop the encore of a story that should have remained dead.
